Agency Contract - Lawncare Services

Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) on behalf of Atlanta Technical College (ATC) to establish an agency contract with one qualified supplier who will provide lawncare service and maintenance for the Atlanta Campus (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ.

Atlanta Technical College is seeking a qualified supplier to provide weekly landscaping maintenance to all the grounds of the Atlanta Campus. Atlanta Campus is located at 1560 Metropolitan Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30310. MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE: Atlanta Technical College (ATC) will be hosting an onsite Mandatory Prebid Conference and Site Visit at their Atlanta Campus on March 24, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. EST to discuss the scope of work associated with this project.
