A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit will be held on June 4, 2026, at 10:00AM CT, at the Adult Residential Center Building #3 Parking Lot located at 105 Roeland Park Drive, New Century, Kansas. Representation is required by General Contractors/Prime Contractors to be eligible to submit a bid. Come prepared to walk the campus. Technical questions and requests for clarification shall be submitted via IonWave no later than 5:00PM CT on June 11, 2026, to allow adequate time to issue an addendum, if needed. Bidders shall submit the following with their bid: Bid Bond: Bidders shall submit with their bid a bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Kansas in the amount of five percent (5.0%) of the total amount of their bid. Said guarantee shall be made payable to the Board of County Commissioners of Johnson County, Kansas. No bid may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening.
