Summary
The Volusia County Ocean Center (hereinafter "Ocean Center" or "Facility") is issuing this Request for Statement of Qualifications (RSQ) to identify and select a single, qualified audio-visual (A/V) firm to serve as the exclusive provider of audio-visual services for all convention and meeting events held at the Ocean Center. The selected Contractor will serve as a strategic hospitality partner, delivering professional, full-service A/V solutions to event clients while maintaining the service standards and business objectives of the Ocean Center.

The Ocean Center is a full-service convention and event facility located in Daytona Beach, Florida. The Facility hosts a broad range of conventions, trade shows, corporate meetings, association events, and banquets throughout the year. The primary event spaces are described below:
