Description
The Conyers Rockdale Economic Development Council (CREDC) is seeking information from qualified firms and development teams with experience in large-scale, mixed-use, and community driven projects. This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to identify potential development partners for a transformative redevelopment of approximately 35.5 acres of land into a vibrant live-work-play district.
