Amending the Solicitation to update the PWS and the Combined Synopsis/Solicitaiton for the Scales, location, buildings, Model, and Serial Number. Updated PWS Attachment and Updated the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Attachment.
The 413th Contracting Support Brigade Regional Contracting Office-Alaska (RCO-AK), intends to award a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract on a competitive basis to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable for routine preventive maintenance, calibration & repair services on each scale listed on the attached Performance Work Statement (PFS). These efforts shall be coordinated with all production areas to minimized equipment downtime and to ensure Contractor safety. The Contractor shall provide required annual scales calibrated based on the scale requirement outlined in the PWS. The resultant contract will be a service type contract, with a base period of one (1) year and four (4) option years. The Government antcipates an award date in FY25 Quarter 3 (April 2025).
This is requiredment is to continue the safe and certified operation of scales maintenance & calibration that meets the mission as directed by higher Command and the Common Level of Service (CLS) maintenance requirements issued by IMCOM. IAW all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, and regulations.
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the maintenance and calibration of Scales located in buildings 2116, 2118 and 2210 on Fort Wainwright, Alaska. The objective of this service is to perform maintenance, repair, inspection and calibration of government-owned scales so they will be maintained and function with a high degree of reliability and accuracy to include parts repair or replacement.
