Description:

The Department of Human Services is seeking an Applicant to work with the Office of Children, Youth and Families to assist all relative and kinship caregivers who are raising children, both formal kinship involved with the child welfare system and informal kinship families who are not involved with the child welfare system. The selected Applicant shall promote the Kinship Navigator Program that assists kinship caregivers in learning about, locating and obtaining services and supports to meet the needs of the children in their care as well as their own needs, and to promote effective partnerships among public and private agencies.
