NOTICE TO BIDDERS
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that SEALED PROPOSALS for: The College Park
Apartments (CPA’s) Upper Stair Replacement will be received at the Office of the Director of
Procurement, at Ramapo College of New Jersey, 505 Ramapo Valley Road, Mahwah, New Jersey
until 2:00 P.M. local time Wednesday, April 23, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened.
If the college is closed on the bid open date, the bid submittal deadline and opening will be
extended the same time on the next business day.
A recommended Pre-bid meeting and site visit is scheduled at Ramapo College on Thursday,
March 26, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. in the Anisfield School of Business, Room ASB 136. All
potential bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. If the College is closed due to inclement
weather at the time of the originally scheduled mandatory pre-bid meeting, the meeting will be
held the next business day.
Bid documents are available at the Ramapo College Purchasing website at:
www.ramapo.edu/purchasing/bidding-opportunities/. Proposals must be made on the forms
provided, in the manner prescribed therein and submitted in sealed envelopes bearing the name
and address of the Bidder and marked with Bid No. 2026-64-03C.
The successful bidder and subcontractors are required to be registered with the New Jersey
Division of Revenue in accordance with statute N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 and the Department of Labor
and Workforce Development’s Division of Wage and Hour Compliance as required by the Public
Works Contractor Registration Act. N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 et seq., Bidders are required to comply
with requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 (Equal Employment
Opportunity).
The Board of Trustees of Ramapo College reserves the right to waive any minor, immaterial
informalities or to reject any or all bids in accordance applicable contracting law.
