Synopsis:

CONSTRUCTION OF A SURFACING STRUCTURE on Highway No. 4 from 0.30 km south of the Saskatchewan Landing Provincial Park Access Road to 60 m north of Railway Avenue in The Town of Kyle; for a TOTAL DISTANCE OF 21.70 km.
