RSVP to procurement@philaport.com This project will include the milling and overlay of approximately 26,730 SY at the Tioga Marine Terminal and the replacement of pavement markings. The selected contractor will be responsible for surveying the existing pavement elevations and profiling their overlay to promote positive drainage and prevent ponding. |
