Request for Bids-2025 Concessions-FAC & La-Z-Boy Ballfields

The City of Siloam Springs will be accepting sealed bids for concession operations at the Family Aquatic Center and La-Z-Boy Ball Fields until 3:00PM, Monday, March 17 ^th , 2025, at the Parks and Recreation Division located at 410 N Broadway, Siloam Springs, Arkansas.  All interested parties may obtain complete specifications from the Parks and Recreation Division at the address listed above, by emailing For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. , or by contacting Parks and Recreation at 479-524-5779.

The selected Concessionaire, as an independent contractor, shall provide contractual concession services, maintain accurate and appropriate books of account, and pay to the City a percentage of Concessionaire’s gross income from all sales. Bidders must have no felony conviction within the previous 120 months, or any misdemeanor conviction involving physical violence or theft of property within the previous 60 months.

“Sealed Bid” must be written on the envelope.  Sealed bids should be sent to:

Hand Deliveries can be made to the Parks and Recreation Division at 410 North Broadway, Siloam Springs, AR. Bids must be received by above date and time.  Sealed bids may not be sent electronically.

The City shall open and compare the bids and thereafter award the contract to the bidder offering to the City the highest percentage of gross income from sales, but only if it is the opinion of the City that the best interests of the City would be served thereby.  The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive irregularities.   The bids must remain in effect for ninety (90) days.
