Project Manager: Juan Porro, Associate Engineer All Proposal and Bid documents, drawings and specifications can be viewed/ downloaded from ProcureWare ( https://stamfordct.procureware.com). All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted online via the Clarifications feature within ProcureWare. Bids are subject to Build America, Buy America Act and 2 C.F.R. 200.
