NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Tupelo, Mississippi, will receive bids for:

MATERIALS AND DELIVERY – RIP RAP, SURGE AND GABION STONE, #1 STONE, CRUSHER RUN, MANUFACTURED SAND, CLAY GRAVEL, FILL SAND, RED DIRT, A-3 GRANULAR FINE (YELLOW SAND)- 12 MONTH SUPPLY

Until 10:30 A.M. on September 1, 2026

Bids can be submitted via sealed bid at the Purchasing Office, City Hall 1st Floor, 71 East Troy Street, Tupelo, Mississippi, 38804 or electronically at www.tupelomsbids.com . Bid Documents and Specifications can be viewed and obtained online at www.tupelomsbids.com .

Any questions regarding electronic bidding or access to bid documents should be directed to PH Bidding Group at 662-407-0193.

Bids must be submitted on the official bid form provided by the Owner. Failure to use the required bid form may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive and will not be considered for award.

Pricing shall be submitted using the unit of measure specified on the official bid form. Bids submitted using a different unit of measure may be deemed non-responsive and rejected. All invoices submitted under any resulting contract must correspond to the awarded bid pricing and the unit of measure specified on the bid form. Invoices submitted using different units of measure or pricing may be rejected until corrected.
