  • Summary The Facilities Department of Charlotte Douglas International Airport maintains a portfolio of various buildings, including the airport terminal, offices, fire stations, tenant buildings, loading bridges, among others. The intent of this solicitation is to select one or multiple companies to provide flooring services for various Airport properties on an on-call as needed basis.
Description

The scope of services is required to assist the Airport with renovations, remodels, and maintenance of existing facilities. Flooring services may include but not limited to demolition, removal, repair, installation, preparation of carpet, VCT, ceramic tile, quarry tile, base, and specialty floors. removal and installation of cove base.
