The Town of Branford is releasing a Request for Qualifications seeking professional real estate development project teams to purchase and redevelopment two sites town-owned sites. Site 1-1111 Main Street and Site 2-11 Cherry Hill Road. Specifications may be obtained from the Finance Department, Branford Town Hall, 1019 Main Street, Branford, CT or on the Town’s website at www.branford-ct.gov. Request for Qualifications/Proposals are to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked Redevelopment of 1111 Main Street & 11 Cherry Hill Road to the Finance Department, Attention, Purchasing Clerk, 1019 Main Street, Branford, CT 06405 by 4:30 p.m. Monday, September 15, 2025. No RFPs will be accepted after that date and time.
