The Metropolitan Council is soliciting proposals for 2 CFR 200 CENTRAL SERVICES
ALLOCATION PLAN CONSULTANT, to generate the annual 2 CFR 200 Central Services Cost
Allocation Plans. Work is anticipated to occur between January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2031;
with annual reports based on fiscal years ending December 31, 2026, through December 31,
2030. The anticipated schedule for this procurement is as follows:
