Description

The 934th Airlift Wing, Minneapolis Minnesota intends to issue solicitation FA6633-25-Q-0001 to solicit proposals for a Firm-Fixed Price contract for Sustain Aircraft Apron and Military Hwy at Minneapolis-St Paul ARB.



A solicitation package is anticipated to be available at www.sam.gov on or after 13 February 2025. Paper copies will not be available. The entire Request for Quote (RFQ) will be made available only on the website SAM.gov. Once the solicitation is posted, Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of this document and subsequent amendments. It is anticipated the following viewers are needed to open the solicitation and all attachments: Microsoft Word (.doc), Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), Adobe Acrobat Reader (.pdf) and WinZip (.zip or .exe).



This acquisition is being solicited pursuant to FAR Subpart 6.203; this acquisition will be conducted as a Total Small Business set aside.



Magnitude of acquisition is between $100,000 and $250,000.



Work to be performed within 237310 “Highway Street & Bridge Construction” and the size standard is $45 million. The PSC/FSC Code is Z1BD “Maintenance of Airport Runways and Taxiways” The NAICS is to be used for market analysis only to determine the availability of potential small business categories for potential set-asides. Work to be included in this project consists of:







DESCRIPTION OF WORK:



Contractor shall provide all professional services, permits, supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to fully meet all requirements of the Statement of Work, Construction Specifications, Construction Drawings and all other Contract Documents related to and/or titled: “SUSTAIN AIRCRAFT APRON & MILITARY HWY” at the Minneapolis Air Reserve Station, Minneapolis Minnesota.



A Request for Quote (RFQ) is contemplated IAW FAR part 13 with a 30-day response time after issuance of solicitation.



The government intends to hold a site visit. The exact date and time will be identified in the solicitation.



Telephone requests for plans will not be honored. Plans and specifications will also be available for examination without charge at the Contracting Office upon coordination with the assigned Contract Specialist. Once the solicitation is posted, it is the responsibility of the Contractor to obtain all necessary updates/amendments from SAM.GOV



All contractors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database – www.sam.gov and have completed the on-line Representations and Certifications to be eligible to receive award and be registered for the applicable NAICS Code 237310.
