ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of the STERLING BUSINESS & TECHNOLOGY PARK WWTP UPGRADES will be received online via the PennBid Program, by WAYNE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COROPORATION, until 11:00 A.M. local time on 12/04/24, at which time the bids will be electronically opened and publicly read aloud and tabulated, shortly after which a notice will be posted on PennBid’s website. containing the bid results. The Project consists of the purchase of MBR Treatment System Equipment from a single supplier for improvements to the existing WEDCO Wastewater Treatment Plant to increase design flows from 14,000 gallons per day (gpd) to 35,000 gpd. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Online Bid Form. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Bidders may contact the Engineer to view the facility. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract.
