Project Description: It is the goal of the County to complete the Repair, Resealing, and Restriping of the Midway Park Lower Level Parking Lots and Drive located at 5100 Post Road, Cumming, GA 30040.
Repair damaged asphalt and potholes in existing park lot and drive areas with an estimated area of 5,500 Square Yards for the lower parking lot, 4,600 Square Yards for the middle parking lot and 4,600 Square Yards for the drive. All measurements are approximated, and it shall be up to Contractor to confirm prior to submitting a Quote.
Sealcoat and Restripe parking lot and drive areas. All pavement markings are to be painted using Sherwin Williams Pro-Park Waterborne Traffic Paint B97 Series or equivalent.
