Weed control and fertilization

This is to solicit a vendor to provide weed control and fertilization spraying six (6) times per year during the service period (10/1/26 - 9/30/27) to Alabama Crime Victims Compensation Commission located at 5845 Carmichael Road, Montgomery, AL 36117.

The areas to service are the grass, sidewalks, and parking lot. Grassy area is approximately 19,000 square feet.

Treatment months: October, December, February, April, June, August

Bidders must attach license to spray in the State of Alabama. Bid will not be considered if license is not attached.

Bidders must supply all chemicals and equipment needed to complete the service.

No subcontracting of service is permitted.

Vendor must notify the agency at least one day prior to service visit at acvcc-accounting@acvcc.alabama.gov .

Vendor must leave an invoice with the agency after service is completed or email to acvcc-accounting@acvcc.alabama.gov .
ACVCC has the right not to award due to budget limitations.
