Description

The purpose of this contract is to provide janitorial services in accordance with the specifications and commercial practices in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The Contractor shall provide everything including but not limited to, all equipment, cleaning supplies, transportation, labor, and supervision-necessary to fulfill the janitorial services, except for that which the contract clearly states is to be furnished by the Government.
