Description

Woodlands County invites qualified consultants to submit proposals for the facilitation and development of a new Strategic Plan (2026–2030) and the integration and update of departmental Business Plans (2026–2029) into a unified corporate framework. This initiative will establish a refreshed strategic direction for the newly elected Council, ensuring alignment between Council’s priorities, departmental operations, and the County’s long-term vision. The process will include strategic visioning, integration of departmental planning, standardization of service levels, limited community and stakeholder engagement, and creation of a practical communication and reporting framework to ensure accountability and long-term usability.
