Project Description: The Montgomery County Intermediate Unit (MCIU) is requesting sealed bids for the MCIU 904 Jefferson Ave. located at 904 Jeffferson Ave. Audobon, PA 19403. Bids shall be submitted electronically via PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com by January 7, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. EST.
Any bid submitted will be binding for 60 days after the date of the bid opening. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid. Bid security shall be released to unsuccessful Bidders within 120 days after the date of bid opening.
