Place of Performance:
Description: Repair Exterior Finishes at the Fresno VA Medical Center, 570-21-108. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking vendors who can provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to perform building envelope repairs, glazing and roofing system repairs and replacements, vestibule renovations, and installation of new access at the Fresno VA Medical Center. Work includes exterior envelope repairs to bldg. 1 and OPC elements, such as non-abrasive cleaning, inspection, restoration of terra cotta, stucco, fenestration, and related components as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW), Drawings, and Specifications attached to the solicitation.
Purpose of Amendment 0001 is to add the following to the solicitation:
1. Adds for reference Sign-in Sheet for Pre-proposal Site Visit that took place on May 6, 2026.
2. Adds FAR Clause 52.222-90, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors (APR 2026).
All other terms and conditions remain in full force and effect.
