Milwaukee County invites responses to RFP-2025-008: Court & Criminal Justice Collections Services from qualified, experienced debt collectors, persons, or organizations who provide debt collection services, including use of the State of Wisconsin, Department of Revenue, and Tax Refund Intercept Program (“TRIP”). The County seeks a Supplier to provide debt collection and TRIP processing for debts resulting from court-ordered judgments. Milwaukee County intends to award a two (2) year contract with two (2) optional two (2) year renewals to the winning Offeror. The winning Offeror will act on behalf of the Clerk of Circuit Court to collect debts, provide information and payment services to debtors, and provide TRIP processing.Closing Date: September 26, 2025, at 4:00 PM CST
