Description

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND), is seeking offers for ventilation upgrades for the D200 Welding Shop located at the Halifax Dockyard, Halifax, Nova Scotia.

This solicitation represents Phase 2 of a two-phase procurement process (ITQ/ITT). Only firms that successfully qualified under Phase 1 – Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) are invited to submit a bid under this Invitation to Tender (ITT).
This procurement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
Bids must be submitted in accordance with the solicitation documents.

Security Requirements: This procurement contains security requirements. At the time of bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Reliability Status, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), and maintain such security clearance throughout the duration of the Contract.
