Anthracite Coal Filter Media delivered to the City of Richland Water Treatment Plant at 110 Saint Street, Richland, WA 99352 Please quote your lowest price, best delivery and terms of payment on the material specified and in accordance with the specifications as given. Any variations in the latter to be covered by your detailed description of the substitution offered. We reserve the right to accept or reject all or any part of your bid. Quotations are considered firm for a period of 30 days from date of quotation unless otherwise noted. If material cannot be quoted F.O.B. destination, bidders must state firm freight charges. Freight charges listed as estimated will not be accepted. Charges for handling or freight will not be allowed unless specifically named in quotation and authorized in Purchase Order placed. The delivery hours are: 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Bidders must review and accept the City of Richland Purchase Order Standard Terms and Conditions document attached for their bid to be considered responsive.
