FY26/27 Building Regional Capacity to Support Ohio's Literacy Coaching Model

The Department of Education and Workforce ("DEW"), office of Literacy Achievement and Academic Success requires experienced Offerors to support the implementation of Ohio's literacy Coaching model at the regional and local level by recruiting, hiring, and managing a coaching coordinator and literacy coaches to support school districts, STEM, and community schools with the lowest rates of literacy proficiency in the state to improve literacy outcomes at the direction of DEW.

Only Educational Service Centers (ESCs) and Ohio Institutions of Higher Education shall be eligible to participate in this solicitation. Multiple contracts shall be awarded as a result of this solicitation (one per region, please see RFP page 14 or Exhibit 1 attachment for regions). Subcontracting shall be prohibited for the purposes of this work.
