The scope of work will include, but not be limited to, all field layout, furnishing all equipment, labor, materials, including maintenance of traffic required to complete an application of pavement markings, either Thermoplastic or Painted, in accordance with accepted 2016 VDOT Road & Bridge Standard Specifications and in substantial conformance with the limits established by City of Lynchburg Public Works.
