ODM is requesting quotes for Additional 20 Objects for Customer Community Plus (Qty = 30,000), Carahsoft Part Number: 200000062. ODM is only seeking quotes from dealers on State of Ohio Contract MCSA0016. Please see grid line items for full specs.

Bids should be submitted in the format prescribed by Ohio Buys. In addition, bidders must include a PDF copy of their bid on company letterhead , and should include the vendor e-mail and a contact number. All bids shall be good for a minimum of 90 days from the ODM solicitation closing date to be considered.

Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid. QUOTES NOT INCLUDING A PDF COPY WILL BE DETERMINED NON-RESPONSIVE.

ODM reserves the right to make no award under this solicitation. ODM reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, received in response to this RFQ.  ODM may cancel or reissue this RFQ for any reason.

It is ODM’s preference to award to a supplier on a State Term Schedule (STS), or MCSA contract, however, non-STS or MCSA suppliers may bid and may be considered in the event that fewer than three STS/MCSA suppliers provide qualifying bids. The non-STS/MCSA suppliers must be authorized by the manufacturer to provide the products on this solicitation to be considered for award. STS suppliers bid prices must be the same or lower than STS contract pricing.
