The City of Norwich (“City”) currently provides health benefits for employees, retirees and their dependents. The City is issuing this Request for Proposals to identify a vendor to assist with verifying dependent eligibility in accordance with the provisions of the City’s plan. Eligible active employee status classifications include full-time, part-time, sick leave, FMLA, military leave, leave of absence, and suspension.
