NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Lake Wales is accepting sealed proposals for:

Bids will be accepted until October 25, 2024 at 2:00 pm in the Purchasing Department at the Municipal Administration Building located at 201 Central Ave. W., Lake Wales, Florida, 33853.

One (1) original and four (4) copies of all proposals, including all executed documents and needed attachments, shall be placed in a sealed envelope, with the label from page 2 affixed, and delivered prior to the deadline, October 25, 2024 at 2:00 pm.

The City of Lake Wales Community Development Agency (CRA) is seeking a proposals to purchase and redevelop six (6) vacant parcels or any combination thereof in the Longleaf Business Park.

All persons and firms wishing to submit proposals must obtain a complete copy of the Request for Proposal and submit all required forms as outlined in the solicitation document with their response.
