OSPI intends to award a Sole Source contract to WestEd for the period of September 2026, through July 2027, to support OSPI with the continued implementation and sustainability of its special education fiscal monitoring system and provide individualized fiscal coaching to Local Education Agencies (LEAs) that are scheduled for upcoming fiscal monitoring.
