Critical Event Management (CEM) Platform

Pursuant to Procurement Policy Board Rule Section 3-05, New York City Emergency Management (NYCEM) intends to enter into a sole source agreement with the vendor Everbridge, Inc for the support and Maintenance of the Critical Event Management (CEM) solutions platform.

Everbridge, Inc. is the sole source provider of Business Operations Advanced. Everbridge does not permit the re-sale or re-distribution of its proprietary Critical Event Management (CEM) solutions platform, a wholly company owned proprietary software to “Assess - Locate - Act – Analyze”, with integrated Risk Intelligence, Correlation, Automation and Orchestration to its users. Only Everbridge provides the above unique connectors to NYCEM's critical infrastructure, as well as being OHS SAFETY Act Certified, FedRAMP Authorized, and has been granted FCC Telecommunications Service Priority (FCC TSP).
