NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the items detailed below:

GSIN: N1365 – Military Chemical Agents

UNSPSC: 46151900 – Chemical biological control equipment and accessories and supplies

Description: Riot Control Agent CS Capsules

The requirement is for the supply to the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) of Riot Control Agent CS Capsules. The Riot Control Agent CS Capsules are used for training in the use of the chemical defence mask.

Quantity: 18,000 units – Delivery to Canadian Forces Ammunition Depot (CFAD) Dundurn, Saskatchewan on or before 01 November 2026

18,000 units – Delivery to CFAD Angus, Milton, Ontario on or before 01 November 2026

Unit of Issue: Each, per unit

This procurement is not subject to the Controlled Goods Program

3. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
