Description

The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for Gardening Services for the U.S Embassy in Doha, Qatar.





The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.





The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference at the site, and all prospective offerors who have received a solicitation package will be invited to attend. See Section 3 for more information. (Page 37)





Your quotation must be submitted electronically in MS Word or Adobe Acrobat file format to DohaProcurement@state.gov on or before 09:00 a.m. (local Time) on Wednesday, June 08, 2026. No quotation will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted
