EDISIM software is currently used by EDI team to to build, publish, and test EDI companion guides pertaining for EDI transactions and adhering to the EDI standards. This software is very critical for EDI team members especially when ODM introduces new transactions. The software is predominantly used to validate the EDI templates and data before the transactions are implemented by DXC EDI solution to use by the trading partners.

It is ODM’s preference to award to a supplier on a State Term Schedule (STS), however, non-STS suppliers may bid and may be considered in the event that fewer than three STS suppliers provide qualifying bids. The non-STS suppliers must be authorized by the manufacturer to provide the products on this solicitation to be considered for award. STS suppliers bid prices must be the same or lower than STS contract pricing. Please be sure to reference STS Contract # on bid.

Bids should be submitted in the format prescribed by Ohio Buys. In addition, bidders must include a PDF copy of their bid on company letterhead , and should include the vendor e-mail and a contact number. All bids shall be good for a minimum of 90 days from the ODM solicitation closing date to be considered .

Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid.

ODM reserves the right to make no award under this solicitation. ODM reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, received in response to this RFQ.  ODM may cancel or reissue this RFQ for any reason.
