The Town of Wolcott requests bids from qualified contractors for ASPHALT-RUBBER SURFACE TREATMENT STRESS ABSORBING MEMBRANE (SAM) for up to 10 miles of Town roadways. Work to include labor, equipment and materials. The work will be performed in accordance with CT Statutes governing Prevailing Wage Rates as applicable.
