Summary
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
A Optional site visit will be held on the dates and times listed in Table 1, at the locations listed in Table 1 to survey the facility and discuss the requirements of the solicitation. The site visit will commence promptly at time(s) listed in Table 1, barring an unforeseen circumstance that results in a delay of the site visit. Attendance will be taken. The State will not be responsible to a supplier for their failure to obtain information discussed during the site visit due to their arriving after the site visit has convened.
Note: It is highly recommended that unless a supplier attended the site visits held in February 2025 for the previous bid, that they attend these site visits. All suppliers are welcome to attend these site visits again regardless of if you attended the February 2025 site visits. If a supplier is having a subcontractor attend a site visit on their behalf, the subcontractor must note on the sign in sheet the supplier’s name they are attending on behalf of. The supplier must use the same subcontractor when they submit their bid. Additionally, no more than two supplier representatives will be allowed on any of the site visits. Please contact Jennifer Dammeyer by noon, on 07/15/25 at jennifer.dammeyer@das.ohio.gov during regular business hours to make arrangements for authorization to enter the facility. The Department of Administrative Services (DAS), Agency, is seeking to establish a Solid Chemical Water Treatment for Agency-managed government office buildings throughout the State. The Office of Properties and Facilities (OPF) has centralized heating & cooling systems that provide year-round service. |
