Baker Park - Construction

This project includes the renovation of an existing 490 SF restroom building, demolition of 125 SF well house (structure only), Construction of 13,500 SY asphalt parking areas, 4 fenced pickleball courts with lighting by Musco, 2,300 SY of concrete sidewalk, 550 LF of ornamental fence, dog park with 600 LF of black vinyl chain link fencing, reconstruction of 4,700 SY of concrete pedestrian trail, provide and install kayak launch/fishing pier, site prep for playground equipment, rubberized surfacing and site furnishings purchased and installed under separate contract, erection of 2 pre-fabricated shelters (including foundations) purchased under separate contract, coordination with Georgia Power Outdoor Lighting for area lighting, and associated clearing and grubbing, grading, utilities, drainage, signage, erosion control, delegated-design irrigation system and landscaping.
