Description

This Request for Information (RFI), is released by the Government of Canada to solicit industry feedback on documentation related to the upcoming solicitation for Property Management Services – Phase 2. This RFI provides industry with the opportunity to review draft documents in advance, indicate areas of required clarification and barriers to bidding. An Industry Day is scheduled in English on October 28th, 2025 at 1pm EDT, and in French on October 30th, 2025 at 1pm EDT. This will be an opportunity for industry to hear presentations on this upcoming solicitation. It will be held virtually, and only registered participants will be provided the MS Teams link. Please register in advance by sending an email to the Contracting Authority with the session you plan to attend, as well as the number of attendees from your organization. Canada does not endorse any firm listed but provides this service on a voluntary basis as a tool for Industry. This RFI is not a bid solicitation, it will not result in the award of any contract, or result in the creation of any source list. Therefore, whether or not any potential supplier participates in this or any related RFI will not preclude that supplier from participating in any future procurement. Industry’s participation will not be financially compensated.
