Solicitation Summary
The purpose of this solicitation is to procure a comprehensive MSSP engagement that strengthens the agency's cybersecurity operations, engineering capabilities, and enterprise risk management. The overall goal is to create a security department that centralizes SBE cybersecurity functions, eliminates security gaps, improves cyber hygiene, and establishes clearly defined roles and responsibilities. SBE's goal is to enforce proper separations of duties to strengthen governance and protect SBE systems and data.
The contract is for a base period of 2 years and then two additional 2-year option periods.
