NOFA Re-Entry Housing Access (TDCJ)

Project Description: The City of Dallas is accepting applications for grants from nonprofit organizations providing qualifying programs and/or services to support access to stable-housing through housing navigation, housing placement, and housing assistance and/or the creation of more housing opportunities for reentry and justice-impacted residents. Additional services should be coupled with case management through direct wraparound services and/or financial coaching within the organization or through established partnerships with other organizations.
The Target Population (defined herein) will be residents returning to the Dallas area from Texas Department of Criminal Justice facilities in the last 1-3 years.
