(NOTE - TWO MEETINGS)
Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting - February 12, 2026 - 10:30 a.m.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting is required only for Respondents who desire to submit a proposal for services described herein at GGS. The meeting will be held at Gerald Gentleman Station, located at 6089 South Highway 25, Sutherland, Nebraska, on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., CST, for the purpose of reviewing the RFP specifications, including a walk down of the GGS Fire Protection and Alarm Systems, and to answer any questions necessary to understand the requirements of the RFP so the Respondent can submit a bid that is complete and according to the specifications. It is imperative that all prospective Respondent’s attend this meeting. Bids will not be accepted from any Respondent for the GGS portion not in attendance at the pre-bid meeting. If you plan to participate, email Lori Moore at lmmoore@nppd.com and Sydney Meisinger at srmeisi@nppd.com by February 10, 2026, with the names of those representatives planning to participate in this pre-bid and the company they represent. All attendees must wear appropriate PPE such as a hardhat, safety glasses and steel toe shoes. Ear plugs (hearing protection) will be provided at each facility.
Non-Mandatory Microsoft Teams Meeting - February 11, 2026 - 10:00 a.m.
A non-mandatory pre-bid Microsoft Teams meeting for prospective Bidders will be held on February 11, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. CST. The purpose of the meeting will be to review the Contract specifications and to answer any questions or clarification the Respondent may have concerning the RFP requirements. It is the Respondent’s responsibility, while participating in the meeting to ask any questions necessary to understand the requirements of the RFP so the Respondent can submit a bid that is complete and according to the specifications. It is highly encouraged that all prospective Respondents participate in this meeting. If you plan to participate, information to join the meeting can be found on the ProcureWare website at www.nppd.com under Bids & Contracts.
