Project Description: Sealed Bids for the Yatesville Borough Court Improvements Project, located at 33 Pittston Avenue, will be received online via the PennBid Program, by Yatesville Borough, until 11:00 AM local time on July 10, 2026 at which time the Bids received will be opened electronically and shortly after which, bid tabulation results will be publicly posted on PennBid’s website. The work includes demolition of the basketball courts, excavation, subbase, and asphalt paving, acrylic surfacing of basketball and pickleball courts and installation of chain-link fence, sidewalk and drainage.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the online Bid Form.
All bidding documents are available at no cost at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
There will be no pre-bid conference for this project.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage

Bids will remain subject to acceptance for the period of 90 days, but Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return the Bid security prior to the end of this period.
