1. Pre-Bid Conference

A pre-bid conference will be held virtually on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 , at 8:30 A.M. (Local
Time) . To ensure adequate accommodation, please respond to the procurement officer, via email,
with your intent to attend the Pre-bid conference and the link information will be provided.

1. Questions

All questions should be addressed in writing to the Procurement Officer adrain.pulliam-smith@maryland.gov . Note: All responses to questions submitted, if any, shall be posted on eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) as Addendum #1. It is beneficial to be registered with “eMMA” to access the addendums and any other pertinent information. 1. Bid submission I nformation and Due Date

In accordance with COMAR 21.03.05, bids are to be submitted electronically through eMaryland Marketplace Maryland (eMMA) following the Quick Reference Guides (ORG) labeled “ 3 – eMMA QRG Responding to Solicitations for single envelope submissions.  The financial form must include ALL final costs for completing the project. Bids shall be submitted in the following manner and meet all requirements as set forth in this solicitation:
1. Provide bidder information via ( Exhibit A ) attached herein;
2. All mandatory requirements (if applicable);
