Small Unmanned Aircraft System - Drone

Moody AFB is seeking delivery of sixteen (16 ea) lightweight, small footprint, rapidly deployable drones, sixteen (16 ea) controller molle pouches, sixteen (16 ea) drone molle pouches, one (1 ea) In-person training, and one (1 ea) Instructor led training.

1.1 Drones including Controllers (16 EA)

- Must currently be on the Defense Innovation Unit website "Blue UAS Cleared List" or "Blue UAS Select List." Refer to https://www.diu.mil/blue-uas-cleared-list

- Max of 10 pounds gross takeoff weight

- Max dimensions folded 14" x 7" x 5"

- Max dimensions unfolded 32" x 26" x 6"

- Minimum IP55 rated

- Minimum telephoto, wide, & narrow video resolution 3840 x 2880

- 360 degree obstacle avoidance

- Able to operate in zero light while still utilizing obstacle and collision avoidance

- Radiometric IR module for thermal precision and a 50MP 1” wide module for mapping and low light inspections

- Stealth mode for RF denied/RF silent applications

- Sensors that include telephoto module for powerful zoom capabilities

1.2 Drone Molle Pouches (16 EA)

1.3 Controller Molle Pouches (16 EA)

1.4 In-person training (1 EA)

1.5 Instructor led training (1 EA)

FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation - The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: item technical capability, lowest price technically acceptable, and past performance.

This is a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. Any proposal submitted should be valid through 5 October 2025.

Please ensure you are filling out Attachment 1 Pricing Schedule section. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
