Online sealed proposals will be received by the Bucks County Water and Sewer Authority
via the Pennbid Program until 10:00 A.M., prevailing time, on the 13th day of July,
2026, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read for:
SLUDGE REMOVAL SERVICES
AS SPECIFIED OR APPROVED EQUAL
All documents and solicitation details are available at no cost at www.Pennbid.net.
Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Bucks
County Water & Sewer Authority, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price.
Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within 60 days after the
scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
The Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities, or reject any or all bids.
