Project Description: The City is seeking to partner with a qualified veterinary clinic that will help support the TNR program through the provisioning of licensed veterinarian services to perform neutering and other general care (as approved by the City) to the City’s feral cat population. The City anticipates the awarding of one or more brick and mortar clinic as part of this solicitation. A sperate solicitation will be issued soon that addresses mobile veterinary clinic services.
