The Napa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District (District) is requesting proposals from qualified environmental planning Firms to provide biological monitoring, compliance and other services to satisfy the requirements of federal, state, and local regulatory permits issued for the Napa River/Napa Creek Flood Protection Project - Floodwalls North of the Bypass. Permits have been added.
