BID 26020 CY 2026 PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE PROJECT

This project will consist of work of a Base Bid and 1 (one) Alternate bid as described below:
1. Base Bid: The work consists of furnishing all superintendence, skilled and unskilled labor, materials, equipment, services and all other necessary items for work of asphalt pavement rehabilitation and preventive maintenance including work of pavement patching, crack sealing, chip seal, crack preventive layering, milling, resurfacing and striping of approximately 358 roadway segments roads totaling approximately 91.92 lane miles.
2. Alternate 1: The work consists of furnishing all superintendence, skilled and unskilled labor, materials, equipment, services and all other necessary items for work on Epps Bridge Parkway, of asphalt pavement rehabilitation and preventive maintenance including work of pavement patching, milling, resurfacing and striping of approximately 20 roadway segments roads totaling approximately 9.78 lane miles.
